The lodge is built along the seasonal flowing Umbabaat River and is nestled in the thick bush along its banks. Nobene offers travellers the comforts of home, while experiencing the ruggedness of true Lowveld bushveld. Guests are accommodated in seven well-appointed chalets offering privacy, peace and quiet.

The lodge caters for overnight as well as extended staying guests, tour groups and family getaways. Along with the various accommodation options Nobene also features a full kitchen, bush pub, restaurant, pool, laundry, and a boma where guests can join us around the fire and take in the sounds of lions roaring and hyenas laughing.

As the perfect base camp, Nobene's guests can take in destinations including the Kruger National Park, Kapama Cheetah Breeding Project, Maholoholo Rehabilitation Centre for animals and birds, the Blyde Canyon, tribal villages and cultural tours, Swadini Reptile Park and many more.

Nobene Lodge is locate 15km from the open gate of the Kruger National Park and 30 min from the town of Hoedspruit. The property borders the world famous Thornybush reserve. The farm is accessible by road or from the Eastgate airport.
