Hansan Hotel

Tongyeong is famous for its Hallyeohaesang National Marine Park. Built in 2008, this New hotel has the top reviews in the south Korean blogging community. Located exceptionally in front of the TongYeong Ferry Terminal, with cruises departing every hour to the most beautiful islands in the Southern Korean Peninsula. A Perfect Hostel-Priced-Hotel!

*Greetings from a fellow Backpacker! I am signing this Hotel in Hostelworld because it is just a waste not to let people know of such a great place. The Location is Perfect; near the Ferry Terminal. The Staff is super friendly (they know basic English, so do not get mad guys...).

There are lots of tours and sightseeing you MUST check out (there are just too many of them). Hansando island(Naval Battle of Hansan), Maemuldo Island, YeonHwado Island(incredibe views, but when i went there it was foggy T_T), Buddhist Temple of Miraesa, NamMangSan Sculpture Park, Summit of Mireuk Mountain; these are some examples. One important place to go is the Headquarters of Admiral Yi Sun Shin, hero of the Imjin War in the past Joseon Era (Very cool!).

This place has amazing Rooms, just like an Luxury hotel. Some have Plasma, but don't worry, they will put plasma in all of them. No Breakfasts, but free instant coffee and 2 can drinks; With LAN connection but no WIFI. The Bathrooms are massive. Every room is different from the rest.
