Our guesthouse was opened in 2003. The building was rebuilt and refurbished to house this charming little B&B and is centrally located in Alicante in a peaceful residential area.
Guests have a choice of rooms with twin and double rooms with a terrace, or apartments/studios with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and terrace, with a garden and air conditioning.
Tea and coffee service in your room is available and a minibar, TV/video, public telephone and Internet service are also available. There is parking available 20 meters away and offers guests special rates of €15.00 a day.

We are near the Mercado Central, and at 15 minutes afoot of the beach , 2minutes of the Airport and the tram, 5 minutes of the train station and 10 of the bus stations.
