The Studios are fully equipped with:
Kitchen with microwave, fridge, and all cooking utensils (Except the budget room; this doesn't have kitchen facilities).
Double bed or two singles (budget room: only double bed).
Toilet with a shower.
Satellite TV.
Bed linen and towels.
There is a deposit charge of 100€
Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00
Bookings made the same day or 24h prior arrival must be confirmed by telephone directly with the property
There is a charge of 27€ on arrivals after 24:00.
Cancellations can only be made at least 5 days in advance and by email.

We are located in the Born close to Via Laietana, Las Ramblas and the sea front. Our street CARRER DAMES is a short quiet street next to PASEO DEL BORN and PLA DE PALAU. The sea front is about 5 minutes walking form the apartments. The beach is at the end of the port wich and it´s about 15 minutes walking. Most of the cities atractions are at a walking distance.
