We are a property with a different concept: small but with big, and comfortable rooms. You will absolutly feel at home because it's really quiet and silent.

We offer a friendly, clean, intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

The property is ideally located in the centre of Barcelona, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, museums and the busiest nightlife area. We are 600 meters away from Las Ramblas, 600 meters away from the sea (Port), and15 minutes from the Port Vell.

Furthermore if you want to have fun you only have to leave the Building portal and you will find lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. There are open every day and full of interesting people from all around the world. .
