Beach Bum Studio is a completely refurbished 1 bedroom apartment located in Barcelona\'s only neighborhood on the beach \' The Barceloneta\'.
This cute apartment has just been completely refurbished top to bottom. All brand new!!!! The kitchen is a modern american style that opens into the living area. The apartment is fully furnished and is ready for your company. The fresh bathroom area has a large shower, toilet and sink. The one bedroom is large and comfortable. The bed is a large double bed (150 x 190) covered with warm duvet comforter. There is also a large closet to hang your clothes. This apartment has a fold out sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2. The apartment is also equipped with washing machine.
Beach Bum Studio is a great little apartment for a relaxing Barcelona vacation.
Location
The apartment is located in Barcelona�s only residential neighborhood on the Beach! This area is called \'The Barceloneta.\' This is the old fisherman village that has become a neighborhood that is full of Locals and Turists. The streets are small and quiet. The area is safe and it is common to see kids playing in the street. The beach is literally just a 3 minute walk from the front door. There are many great seafood restaurants and bars in the area. The normal conveniences of supermarket, fresh food market, and public transportation, bus, metro, taxi are all with in 10 minutes. The old city and center square is with in 20 minutes. If you want a relaxing stay in Barcelona then this area is recommended.

Minimum stay: (3 nights)
Child policy: (Children are allowed to stay in the apartments.)
No reception area!!! (The management office hours are everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)
Free Check in: (12:00 pm to 21 pm)
Late Check in Charges:
25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)
Check out: (11 am)
No Luggages storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)
Cash on arrival:(The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)
48hrs. Cancellation policy:(Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
Security deposit: (A 200 euros security deposit is due at check in. 100% refundable at check out.)
Additional guest: (2 additional guest are welcome to stay in the apartment. Each additional guest must pay 20 euros per night.)
Cleaning fee: (A 40 euro final cleaning fee is due at check in. When staying more than 2 people in the apartment and additional bed linens and towels are needed there is a 5 euro additional charge.)
