If you want the cheapest, take the train and if you want the fastest, take a TAXI! Please let us know whether you will take a TAXI or one of the other two options. Regarding the transportation, the most convenient is the T10 card. If you are planning to visit lots of Museums, the Barcelona Card could be an idea. There are also the tourist buses that you can take during 2 days (around 30-32 EUR) and they give you a pretty interesting discount booklet and if you like to walk a little, together with the T10 (10 trips) card, it makes a good deal.
