Directions to Hostal Apolo

We are located in the Sants-Monjuïc neighbourhood in Barcelona, near the Paral·lel metro subway station - 1-2 mins walk (from here line 2 takes you to Sagrada Familia, and line 3 takes you to Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya), a taxi stop, and bus stops (buses 20,36,57,64,91,N0 and N6). There is also a funicular that goes up to the top of the Montjuïc mountain. A ten-minute walk will take you to the most important sites: Ramblas, the port, theatres, the Gothic quarter, etc. From the airport: The Aerobus goes every 10 min. Price (2009): 5,00 euros. Public bus (number 41), you must get off at Plaça Espanya. Once you are there you can take the subway. Green line, direction Trinitat Nova and get off at Paral•lel stop. Take the exit called Nou de la Rambla. You will see Apolo's Theater, we are behind this building. In front of the Theater you should go to the right to Nou de la Rambla. Walk along Nou de la Rambla for one block until you reach the street Vilà i Vilà. Turn left and inmediately right again into Lafont street. We are at number 1. By Train: There is only one train which is called RENFE. Get off in Sants Station (Barcalona's central station). Once you are there take the subway. Green line, direction Trinitat Nova and get off at Paral•lel stop. Take the exit called Nou de la Rambla. You can see Apolo's Theater, we are behind this building. In front of the Theater you should go to the right to Nou de la Rambla. Walk along Nou de la Rambla for one block until you reach the street Vilà i Vilà. Turn left and inmediately right again into Lafont street. We are at number 1. Line 10 ( Aeropuerto - Estació de França). Every 30 min. 2007 Price: 2,50 E. You should get off on Barcelona Sants (Aeropuerto - El Prat de Llobregat - Bellvitge - Barcelona Sants ). Taxi: around 20 min and 25 euros. Ask the taxi driver about the price before you get in and be sure he understands were Lafont street is located. It's a small street but it's located in a famous area (theater area) and still some of them get 'lost' coming to the property.
