Very nice and centrally located guest apartment near famous Plaza Real, at the heart of the Gothic quarter, only few meters away from Las Ramblas, Gaudi´s Palau Guell and Liceu Opera, the Cathedral, main shopping streets, bars, restaurants and 10 minutes walk away from the Barceloneta beach. Near the apartment you will find wide range of gastronomic and leisure offer.
Apartment is nicely furnished, fully equipped and unique with its central location. It has been recently renovated and has new designed bathrooms and rooms with new features.
Our friendly and comfortable guest house apartment has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 double rooms can be modified to twin rooms with 2 single beds. You can book each room separately or the whole apartment for up to 9 persons. It has air conditioning and heaters in each room, elevator in the building, 3 small nice balconies, double glazed windows to ensure peaceful sleeping. In fully equipped kitchen you can prepare you breakfast or other meal. Each room is private with dining area and kitchen. Heating, AC, sheets, towels and bed cover in all rooms.
It is suitable for couples, families or groups of friends.
You are welcome to book it for short term or longer stays and enjoy complete freedom in Barcelona.
The guest kitchen is fully equipped (gas-stove, mircovave, toster, fridge, kitchen-ware) and available for you to prepare your own meals and breakfast.
Check-in: Please contact us by phone or email in advance to decide a check-in time. There is check in charge of 20 euros per room or 40 EUR per whole apartment and a charge of 15 EUR if you want to check in after 11.00 pm.
Any cancellation must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the arrival. Otherwise there is a No Show charge for the first night.
There is free WiFi access on all rooms if you bring your lap top.
There is no curfew. Baby beds can be provided upon special request.
The property is located at the very center of the city, in the heart of Barrio Gothic, a
few meters away from Las Ramblas and Plaza Real.

- Taxis are routinely available on the Ramblas
- Buses numbers 59 and 14.
- By plane: near the Barcelona - El Prat airport and about 1 hour away from the Girona-Costa Brava airport. Very close to the bus terminals to the airports."
