Set in a modernist building on Portaferrisa Street, our ten rooms are cosy and well appointed. En-suite or shared bathrooms are available. Breakfast is included in the rates, and we can prepare light meals on request. During the high season and on Fridays and Saturdays, we also offer guests a complimentary welcome drink.
We aim to offer all the facilities of a hotel with the comfort of a home. You will find a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Free wireless internet is available and we provide linen and towels. We can also arrange guided tours of the city.

Things To Note
Cancellation policy: 72hrs except from April 1st to Jun 30th and from Sept 1st to Oct 31st and from Feb 27 to March 4th which is a week
- We do not have a 24 hrs reception. We kindly ask you to phone us on your arrival to the airport in order to make sure your check-in time.
- We do not accept 1 day bookings on special periods (christmas, new year's eve, fairs, etc.)
- We will e-mail you in order to confirm the details of your reservation. Please, you MUST reply to our message providing contact and checking information.
-PAYMENT on arriving is in cash. If you want to pay by credit card it should be in advance by PayPal.
