This accommodation caters for the disabled and abled bodied alike. For your comfort and privacy it has been carefully divided into four self contained apartments. The large private pool with disabled access, completes the perfect setting for a great holiday.
The villa is set in an excellent location with beautiful views, in the attractive coastal town of Calpe. Famous for it\'s long golden, sandy beaches. Each apartment has 2 double bedrooms, kitchen in each & a sofa bed in each living room.
All apartments are furnished & decorated and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The 2 apartments on the ground flour are specially designed to meet the needs of people with reduced mobility, providing comfort and ease of access. This includes a shower room with disabled access. Please enquire if you have any special requirements.
We also have disabled equipment for hire. You can rent one till four apartments to enjoy your holiday.
If you rent the whole villa (up to 24 people) you get a 10% discount
Villa Carpe Diem is located just outside the center of Calpe. Less than 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca. You also have from our house a great view of the famous rock El Penon de Ifach. But a visit to the beautiful Altea, Alicante or Valencia is definitely a possibility. Overall a place where you can relax but also can be active.

Things To Note
1. If you break something, you must replace it with an object of the same type and value;
2. The tenant gets a set of keys. If you lose, the costs borne by the tenant;
3. We ask a safety deposit of � 250 per apartment. Deposit for the whole villa � 500. We pay the deposit within two weeks to return your bank account.
4. Cleaning fee � 70;
5. Electricity is not included in the rent. Per kw/h costs � 0,25;
6. The rent doesn�t includes beach towels;
