Welcome to Casa El Azahar, a charming Andalusian villa situated right on the edge of a lagoon at La Manga del Mar Menor, close to Cartagena. Surrounded by lush gardens and boasting its own private beach, our property enjoys stunning sunsets all year round.
Meaning 'House of the Orange Blossom', Casa El Azahar was built in 1978 and fully renovated in 2004. Spacious and warmly decorated, the house is furnished throughout with souvenirs from around the world.
Each guest room at Casa El Azahar has a private entrance to bring you even closer to the sea. Facilities include wireless internet access, television and air conditioning and secure parking is available.
A choice of homemade breakfasts and dinners can be enjoyed outside in the shady courtyard, surrounded by colourful bougainvillea, or on the sunny verandah, overlooking the sea.
The warm and calm waters of Mar Menor make it ideal for a beach holiday. A wide range of sports and family activities can be enjoyed nearby, including golf, horse riding, tennis, hiking, yachting and mountain biking. There is also a fun park, a thermal spa, markets and fishing villages. The historic city of Cartagena with its ancient natural harbour, is a great destination for a day trip.
