Third floor apartment just 50 meters from the beach in one of Mallorca's prime tourist locations.
Great views. Shared kitchen. Two shared bathrooms. Open all year round.
We rent whole rooms, not beds. We have one room for 4 people, two rooms for 3 people and one double room (no sea views here sorry!).
The rooms share 2 full bathrooms and the kitchen.
The furniture is all new.
Towels and sheets are included in the price, as well as daily cleaning of the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms and hallway).

Immediate access to the beach. Just go down stairs, cross the road and step onto the sandy beach!
The area is called Can Pastilla and is within Palma. Just opposite the beach. It is a very nice area, with loads of things to do, plenty of sand, plenty of bars and restaurants and really easy access to the center of Palma either on the Bus or by bike.
