Guests can enjoy a choice of two houses- a studio apartment and a larger house. Each of the houses is well equipped and enjoy an excellent temperature throughout the year. Each unit features:

- Terrace area
Guests travelling with a family or group can rent both properties- or the properties can also be rented individually.
The studio apartment- listed here at "apartment" features a twin room, sofa, bathroom and satellite television and accommodates two. While the house- listed here as "basic apartment" features a twin room and a double room and can accommodate up to four guests- prices shown are based on two people- additional guests can be arranged directly with the Casa Cho Juan upon request when confirmation of price for additional guests can be arranged. The house features a large living room complete with fireplace as well as two bathrooms and a kitchen.
Guests choosing the Casa Cho Juan can enjoy use of the properties extensive garden area- complete with solarium and barbecue area.
The Casa Cho Juan is the ideal starting point for exploring the picturesque villages of the island, for hiking in the Teide National Park or Anaga. Guests can also enjoy the interesting pinewoods with the water caves and in the island. The area is famous for wine cellars and also the Buenavista Golf resort of Severiano Ballesteros which is only 30 minutes away from Casa CHo Juan.
