This is an art deco, historic home located on the waterfront in the best area of the Malvarrosa Beach. This is the ideal location, on the sea front, in a quiet area with easy and convenient access to the city centre.
Our rooms are well furnished with, a kitchen with all utilities, a washing machine, iron, beach towel, etc.
We have a nice and cosy, and welcoming atmosphere. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom house with high ceilings in a Valencian style. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
Our family room is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. There is a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. There is also a 28 inch TV in room and music facilities. It is your own apartment within the house.
You can enjoy a wonderful homemade paella dinner for €10 or any other local dish you wish. There is also a Spanish breakfast included in the price.
