HOW TO ARRIVE IN PUBLIC TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT: There is only one airport in Valencia, in the town of Mainses, 8 km from the city. To get to the hotel from the airport: Taxi: Easily taken at the arrivals terminal. The approximate cost is €15-€18. It takes 15-20 minutes. Metro: There are 2 metro lines that connect with the city centre and the port, lines 3 and 5. The metro station is underneath the terminal. The journey to the city centre, Xátiva station, opposite the train station, takes around 25 minutes. Tickets cost €3.90. Bus: It is not advisable as there is no stop close to the centre.
