Beach Inns has 18 clean and spacious rooms. All room have attached bathrooms and many have unobstructed views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. There is a large terrace at the front of the property leading down to the beach where you can relax, watch turtles and enjoy food from the restaurant. The restaurant has an extensive menu of both Sri Lankan and western food. There is also off road parking available for vehicles.

It is located in the costal area of Madiha, which is only a few kilometres south of the popular tourist area of Mirissa, and a few kilometres north of the city of Matara. The friendly English speaking staff can help arrange trips to local attractions such as turtle sanctuaries, river trips to spot crocodiles and national park. You can also explore the ocean with fishing trips or try diving with the onsite PADI instructor.
