It might seem from my feedback that we are going overboard but seriously, its true. We had a fantastic experience staying at New Empire and would go back and stay again if we went back to Bangkok. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They follow their maintenance drills perfectly and the result is clean rooms with sheets and towels changed regularly daily. The location is great. The hotel is within walking distance of Bangkok's central railway station. It is well connected by buses to all the main areas of the city. Yet it is quiet and peaceful. Ideal for the 40+ traveler who wants to see the bustle but live in a peaceful place.
