Great place to stay in chiang Mai! They are still very new so things are still being mastered. Breakfast was perfect and the best ice coffees I have ever had. They are very helpful if you need anything they will help you straight away. Rooms are great! very clean, spacious, and modern. Very close to the markets as we found out and could walk in which took us about 15 mins but we liked the walk as we could get to know the area. They also have mopeds and bikes if you want. We will definitely be staying there again, Many thanks
