Each apartment has been situated to enable you to encounter the spectacular countryside and coastline views that surround the holiday village of Yalıkavak Holiday Gardens creating an ambience of calm and comfort.
Tastefully furnished and modern, our apartments are well equipped for all your self-catering and leisure needs. All apartments comprise 2 bedrooms in addition to the open plan living room and kitchen/dining area finished to a high standard of design and practicality making an ideal holiday home for couples and families alike.
These brand new homes benefit from a separate bathroom with the option to choose from apartments that also have an additional en suite shower room to the master bedroom.
All apartments are fully equipped to a superior standard and feature:
Air-Conditioning throughout, Satellite TV, DVD/CD Player, Internal Telephone, Kettle, Cafetiere, Toaster, Hairdryer and Safe Box.
Large open-plan living area consisting of Lounge, Dining Area and Fully Fitted Kitchen including Built-in Oven & Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, Iron and Board, mosquito nets to all rooms, Clothes Dryer.
Dining furniture on the terrace or balcony.
Sun loungers with mattresses for 4 people in the garden or located at the nearest swimming pool.
Conditions:
-the apt management may preauthorize you credit card prior to arrival; this is just a further guarantee that your credit card is valid in case of no-shows or late cancellation
-there is 150-euro security deposit due to be paid upon arrival: it will be returned upon check-out
-Electricity bills are 4 euro per night per apartment and are not included in the on-line room rates; they are due to be paid separately at the apartment

In the 5km distant village of Yalikavak there is a lone windmill on the shore, near the harbour, where the local fishing boats moor alongside the visiting yachts with a narrow beach stretching in each direction. The restaurants in the town centre and on the sea front are popular with locals and tourists alike. It's so very easy to sit in a waterside bistro, sample the delights of the sea and watch the world go by! The town centre itself is small and charming, with cobbled streets leading to the many cafes and restaurants. The central mosque is quite splendid for so small a town. Yalıkavak hosts the Bodrum Peninsula�s most charming street market on Thursdays. Yalıkavak has grown in size over recent years and is very much a place where the locals welcome foreigners with open arms. The area boasts a new marina that services yachts from all over the world. Relatively untouched by the summer tourist trade, nearby G�m�şl�k is beloved by many residents of Bodrum, for their Sunday fish lunch, winter or summer. The village remains largely unspoilt, due to a conservation order protecting the ancient site of Myndos, a lelegian city dated from around 500 BC, over which it is sited.
