Our guesthouse is a family run business and friendly english speaking staff are here 24/ 7. Reception is open 24 hours everyday, so late check in is not a problem. At our guesthouse we also have a market located below, Miran Green Market. At our market you can find everything from fresh fruit, all alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, assortment of dried nuts, turkish sweets, a wide selection of chocolates, crisps, etc. We are located on a quiet residential street so you will always get a good nights rest.

Just in front of our guesthouse is Akbiyik Caddesi, there are many restaurants and bars that offer traditional Turkish cuisine. The bars open till late and have a wide selection of different alcohols. Akbiyik Caddesi is the perfect place to meet other travellers.

All of our rooms have big windows, private bathroom (WC), air-conditioning and heating, 24 hour hot water, some offering view of the Marmara Sea. Breakfast is included with all rooms and is served on our rooftop terrace. Brekafast is traditional Turkish breakfast or different selection of cereals and is served with bread and tea or coffee. Our terrace is fully windowed so you can still enjoy the views from our terrace in winter and when windy. From our terrace you can enjoy excellent views of the Marmara Sea, Prince's Islands and Asian Shores. You can also watch the sunrise and sunset from our terrace over the water.

Chora Guesthouse is also located close to Grand Bazaar 10- 15 minutes walking, and 20 minutes walking to the Spice Bazzar and Eminonu where you can catch a ferry to the Asian side (Uskudar/ Kadikoy) and from Eminonu bus station you can catch a bus to Chora Church Musuem. 10 minutes from the guesthouse is Gulhane Park, which is the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon or for a picnic. In Gulhane Park is where the Archeological Musuem is located.
