Location
The hotel is located in the southern part of the Crimea peninsular, town Yalta in the park area. To reach the town takes only 10 minutes by taxi and 20-30 minutes on foot through the beautiful Massandra Park.

Climate and temperature. The climate is mild, lush subtropical evergreen vegetation. On the beach dominates pebble. Average temperature in the sea in summer season (June-late September) +22/+28C, air temperature +24/+35C.

Facilities
There are plenty of possibilities for amusements near by. It is also possible organizing the excursions to different places of interest- both historical and cultural ones as in town itself and other areas near by upon request as well (for an extra charge).

Hotel facilities
Hotel facilities include a secured parking area in front of the hotel (in price included), children’s playground, indoor swimming pool (in price included), solarium with deck chairs and additional children’s playground upon, internet (included), laundry, summer cinema/TV place, a restaurant, billiard, sauna with a swimming pool, a char grill in a cozy place. At the mansard, there is a beautiful winter garden with table tennis (in price included).

Accommodation
There are five two-room suites (20 sq.m) and one of them a Honeymoon suite. One of them is Honeymoon suite and faces the sea.
Every suite has a bedroom and lounge with double bed and double roll-away sofa, a cupboard, a deposit safety box, а bathroom with all facilities, air conditioner and terrace.
Meals
In a restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request for an extra charge.

Extras
If you are going to Ukraine, you should know the following information, which can be useful and important for you. The central Ukrainian international airport Borispol (Kiev) has an inner airport department on site from where you can take flight to the Crimea (one hour flight). The distance from airport Simferopol to Yalta is about 100 km. and takes 1,5 hour by car. There are regular flights from Istanbul to Simferopol (one-hour flight). There is a direct flight from Germany (Frankfurt- Simferopol) in summer time what is convenient in most respects.
