- Please keep quiet after 22.00;
- We do not smoke in the apartment, but if you can't do without it, then the balcony is at your disposal;
- On arrival a security deposit is required which will be returned in full size at your departure and handing over of keys, unless, of course, the apartment will not be found in the same condition as at your arrival;
- Check in at 12:00, check-out at 11:00. Services of early check in and late check-out are possible, but are agreed separately;
- Pets possible, but must be discussed individually;
- You will get the keys upon arrival;
- Make sure to avail of documents of identification for all adult guests;
- We do not encourage noisy parties;
- You will be given the password to access the internet upon arrival;
- According to our rules, the price per day is available for guests up to 4 people. Each additional guest must pay extra: in low season - $ 10., In high season and holidays (including Christmas) - $ 15.
