Welcome to El Viajero Hostels Uruguay, Colombia and Paraguay. We are a Hostel and B&B network located in the best places of Uruguay (Colonia, Montevideo, Punta del Este and La Pedrera), Colombia (Cartagena de Indias and San Andres Island) and Paraguay (Asunci�n).
The comfort of a Hotel at hostel prices, every room with bathroom en-suite and air conditioning. From the rooms you have the best view to the river.
El Viajero Bed and Breakfast is located in front of Rio de la Plata and next to the Historical Center (declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1995), just 300 meters away from the Port and the bus stations. It has 14 double rooms and twin rooms all ensuite and with HVAC, cable TV, Wi-Fi & Internet.
Colonia del Sacramento is considered the most beautiful city of the country, due to the Historical Center and its museums, the Plaza Mayor with its restaurants, the Iglesia Matriz (Oldest Cathedral of Uruguay), the lighthouse: which you will find perfect for sightseeing; the old city, the beaches, the countryside and the national parks.
We organize activities for you, both inside and outside the B&B: asados and typical foods, walking tours, horse-riding at the countryside and at the beach, visits to museums, wineries, national parks, tourist ranches and the cheese shops that elaborate the renowned cheese from Colonia Suiza.
We have worked extremely hard to pay very close attention to details to offer:
