All our rooms are private and have one or two double beds, private bathroom, cable TV, AC, fridge & microwave. The rooms are large, bright and tiled floor (with no carpet), perfect for a family of for a group of friends.
The Motel develops in 3 units and in a green garden area featured by royal palms, one outdoor pool with a barbeque area. A big parking area it is available for free for our guests. Free complementary breakfast is available for our customers all days.
At the motel lobby you can have also free american coffe, ice, library and books, local maps, brochures and informations about itineraries and activities (natural parks, sports, restaurants & more). Wi-fi internet it is available for free in lobby & common areas, in rooms internet wi-fi signal it is for free when available (signal not guaranteed). We are a multinational staff, we speak english, spanish and italian (and a little of german ;)

Located in the souther area of Naples, our motel is a strategic departure point for Marco's island and all the Everglades area or for a relaxing stop if your travelling on the road travelling between Orlando and Key islands. If you move less than 10min souther you will enjoy alligators and the everglades wildlife. Several sportive & recreative areas are available at 5 & 10 min, you can enjoy for free the tennis, basket courts & more! Restaurants (italian, mexican) are just at walking distance.
