The apartment has three good size bedrooms with a lot of closet space (even a walk-in closet that you will never see in Manhattan!) and queen size beds.
You will never get this kind of space while staying in Manhattan!

Also apartment comes with two bathrooms, which makes it comfortable to use facilities for big group of people. One of the bathrooms is a full size comes with bathtub, shower, sink and bidet, and the other one is just a half - sink and bidet.

The living room is also rather large with a comfortable couch that also folds out into a bed, loveseat, a TV and a table. The kitchen/dining area is very big and has a stove, large refrigerator, all the pots and pans, cutlery and crockery making it easy for you to cook your own food.

It also has big table with chairs, so you can comfortably have all your family meals there!
The apartment also comes with HDTV with cable and free high speed Internet access.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, but the building has an elevator, so you will have no need to take 4 flights of stairs.

After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.

Cancellation policy
-If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
-If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
-If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
-If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable**
