Overall I would say is a good place to stay because of its excellent location. The hotel is only a few feet away from the metro station, so moving around the city is extremely easy. Also, it is in a nice and safe neighborhood. Do not expect a luxury room because you will be disappointed. Chelsea Inn is the perfect place to stay for the adventure travelers who just want a place to sleep and take a quick shower and then explore the city all day!
