The MOMA Suite E is a beautiful, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the very centre of Manhattan � located in Midtown Manhattan and just a 5 minute walk from the Museum of Modern Art. The apartment is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay in New York. The location is absolutely amazing! If you want to stay in New York and live like a New Yorker and not like a tourist, this apartment is for you. This is one of the best neighborhoods to fully experience New York.

The apartment has 1 large bedroom with large closet space and a queen size bed. Master bedroom also has a desk with two chairs. The second bedroom has a double bed and some closet space. The living room has a pull out leather sofa bed that can sleep 1 person, 1 fold-out bed as well as a table with chairs and cable TV with International channels. The kitchen is well equipped � it has a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the pots and pans and cutlery that you will need to cook your own meals. Living room and master bedroom have separate air conditioning units. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and you will love the renovation! The apartment also comes with free wireless high-speed Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

Cancellation policy
� If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
� If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
� If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable**

The building is on a great block right in the middle of midtown New York City, just 4 blocks from the world-famous Museum of Modern Art – one of New York’s most famous landmarks. The apartment is located between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. The apartment is quiet and peaceful but there are plenty of things to do right in your neighbourhood.
