The atmosphere of Aunt Bea's was remininiscent of visiting some of the homes of our own "aunts"_quaint, warm and friendly. Breakfast around the little table with fellow travelers provided opportunity for interesting conversation . Our rooms with TV and Wifi were clean, comfortable and adequate for our 2 day stay ( even sharing a bath did not seem to be a major problem). We appreciated the very friendly and helpful service of the Innkeepers and would certainly consider returning to Aunt Bea's on a future visit.

Aunt Bea's was a fantastic place to stay while visiting the Catholic University of America. CUA is only about a 15-minute walk away, and the metro stop is even closer and more convenient. Gerald is a wonderful host, and his amazing life stories are in themselves reason enough to stay there! Breakfast conversations were so much fun. I would absolutely recommend it and book again, and wish them luck in their new hostel and B&B developments in DC and NYC!
